I am very excited for the new robot vacuum that just arrived in my home. He’s got the cutest little birth certificate too.
Bob S. Sahati was born on Aug 9, 2014. He weighs 7.6lbs and is red.
My Bobsweep Story: When I got my Bob it seemed to work fine in every room but my bedroom which has dark bamboo flooring. The Bobsweep seemed confused everytime it went to the bedroom. It kept going backwards and then stopped. The issue is now resolved using the sensor covering stickers the customer support kindly agreed to send for free. I got them yesterday and the problem is completely solved. Thank you very much!
We have had our Bob now for a couple months. After a rocky start and some help from customer service, he has fitted well into our family. We have the pet version, as we have a dog with long hair. We clean and maintain Bob regularly, and he cleans and maintains the house. I want to thank the customer service for leveling with us and helping us in putting Bob to good work.
I bought the pet one as well and find that I’m vacuuming after to get what it missed… I have to set up the house with barricades so it won’t get stuck on the carpet and go under things and get stuck. Sometimes when i get home i have to find it because its quit under something and cant get back to the docking station. So hopefully its a company that allows Me to return with no issue;)
